From lush lip oils and cute nail stickers to innovative hot tools and coffee-infused body scrubs, here’s what the 03 team are trying right now.

1. Nourish body and soul

New to our shores but already beloved abroad, international skincare brand Juara is a fusion of Eastern botanical remedies and Western science that focuses on beauty rituals inspired by Jamu, Indonesia’s ancient herbal medicine practise. Made using natural ingredients native to Indonesia, we’re excited to dip into the Invigorating Coffee Scrub ($95), formulated with Sumatran coffee beans, rice protein and coconut.

2. Magic elixir

Get a little of the Ashleigh Scott (aka The Facialist) glow via the skin specialist’s first in-house product, Glow ($65). Hand-blended in New Zealand, this lightweight yet potent multi-tasking blend is rich in essential fatty acids to support the skin’s natural healing process and high in natural vitamins A, C & E to help repair and revitalise skin.

3. Lock in moisture

From cult Kiwi skincare company Maryse comes Moisture-Lock Hydrator ($110), a dreamy little jar of ultra-luxe skin goodness loaded with super hydrating goodies such as hyaluronic acid, saccharide isomerate and kakadu plum plus green tea and grapefruit seed extracts and good oils such as avocado and jojoba.

4. Lip service

It’s easy to forget your lips when slathering on sunscreen on your skin this summer, but in fact this delicate skin needs equal if not more protection. Brush On Block’s Protective Lip Oil ($49) is a lush solution, with SPF32 and an emollient rich formula that includes argan oil and vitamin E, both derived from natural mineral ingredients. Available in three sheer tints, this luxurious oil can be worn alone or over lipstick.

5. Designer digits

Inject a hit of instant fun, colour and joy into your summer with the latest offering of Kester Black Nail Stickers ($28). The ‘Bright Delight’ sheets are drawn by Australian artist Ellen Porteus with unique designs from fruits and florals to out-of-the-ordinary objects, such as dice, a cowboy hat and even a strangely adorable apple core.

6. Smooth operator

Lady Jayne’s innovative new Salon Pro Rechargeable Straightening Brush ($110) is a convenient and affordable new option to style and smooth troubled tresses on the go. Lightweight and compact, the cable-free hot brush utilises the power of 37 heated fins with ceramic ions and can be charged via USB.
